Albert Mehrabian’s 7-38-55 rule tells us that 55% of meaning is communicated through non-verbals (how it looks/body language), 38% by the tone of voice (how it sounds), and 7% through content (what is said). When we look at recall, multiple studies suggest approximately 65-80% of visual and action-based information can be recalled after three days time. This means that when doing a virtual conference or training it is vitally important that your presentation be engaging, visually relevant, and action-based. Our President, Dr. Karla R.
